Commissions are OPEN & LIMITED!

I am only accepting small/light work commissions at the moment.
Please read my TOS and my "Do's and Don'ts" before sending a DM/email.

General Terms

By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms, conditions and agreements below. You are sequentially subject to any terms written thereunder. Please take your time to read through EVERYTHING CAREFULLY and contact me afterwards if you still have any questions.

Please note:

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions, for reasons specified or not. I reserve the right to decline any commission, especially if my terms and conditions are violated.

  • I have my own art style. Do not ask me to change my art style for your commission.

  • Be mindful of priority que when commissioning me. I likely already have projects and commissions ahead of yours, so it may take me time to get to yours.

Q: Are your commissions open?

Q: "Can you draw me (___)?"
No. I do not draw anyone anything for free anymore. Exceptions are not made for friends. I have been haggled with and cheated out of money for commissions before. So please don't ask me for free art. It's poor social etiquette and incredibly annoying.

Q: "Your commissions are open! How may I contact you?"
If I'm open for commissions and you are genuinely interested, please reach out via email, Discord or Ko-fi! Please keep in mind that you will have to send me a friend request to message me on Discord! Afterwards, we can discuss pricing, terms and conditions, what you want, time frames and more from there!

Q: "Do you have a portfolio I can view?"
Working on it! You can view my tab with my portfolio at the top right of this page, or check out my Ko-fi and my Cara accounts. I'm working on being more active there and I hope to post a lot in the future!

Pricing & Payment

All my prices are in American USD. No exceptions.I only accept payments through PayPal. PayPal automatically takes care of the conversion for you, but if you need a conversion reference, it can be found here!I use base prices! This means design, complexity, and/or specific species might raise the final price.For larger pieces (i.e. merch designs, character refs, etc.), I will not work until I have received the down payment first. Down payment is 20% of the final price!I will not be haggled with.

Changes, Cancellations & Workflow

I only work with SFW image references. I need at least one picture of your character (preferably a flat color reference sheet, no heavy shading) to work on your commission. Something is better than nothing! Even if it's just an MS Paint doodle with a vague description or a bunch of random things you found from Pinterest as design inspiration - please just provide something for me to work with!

Once I have a sketch made, I will send you the W.I.P. image. At this stage, changes/edits can be made. After I have finished, I will only make minor changes without extra charge if needed. If there are any details that you have failed to give me, or any big changes, I expect an extra payment to cover the extra time spent on your drawing.

I generally finish a piece within 2 to 4 weeks after receiving the payment. However, please keep in mind that I am disabled and I may work REALLY slow. Chronic pain and frequent migraines impact my life daily. If anything happens to me situationally that might change my work pace and the time that your commission might be due, I'll do my best to let you know in advance. I will also just keep you posted on general progress by sending you W.I.P. images through DMs or email.

If you need your piece finished before a specific deadline, you need to reach out to me as soon as possible. If you need your commissions done before a specific date, it is up to YOU to message me about due dates. Even if you would prefer your art within a given time frame (example: within the next 2-4 weeks) please let me know beforehand. As a personal rule, I will take my time with my work and I will take breaks for my health as needed. I will gladly refund your money if I can't meet your due dates, but you need to let me know beforehand if you have a due date. You will not get a refund if you did not communicate everything beforehand.

Refunds

Abolutely NO chargebacks. Please bear in mind that filing chargebacks on Paypal hurts small businesses and artists really bad. If there is an issue, please contact me first. Chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting.

Full refunds of the first payment are only available BEFORE I start on the commission, or before your piece has been marked as “in progress.”

The amount of the partial refunds are up to me (the artist), I will try my best to be reasonable to charge myself for the work that's already been completed. If you request a refund and cancel the service during the sketching/drafting phase, you will only receive 50% of the original payment (as I also invested time and effort into the piece.) This is subject to change depending on how much time I have invested into your sketch.

Refunds are not optional after starting lineart. I'm happy to alter the sketch to your liking and we can progress from there, but I cannot otherwise issue a refund after I've marked your piece for linework.

If, for any reason, I am unable to complete the commission due to circumstances on my side, I will issue a full refund to the client.

Streaming Your Commission

It is up to the commissioner to let me know if they would rather not let me stream their piece. I will always ask first, in case you would like the commission to be kept more personal!If you're watching me while I stream and I'm working on your commission, I may work with you more loosely, since this will allow me to make changes as I can work with you directly. So please feel free to speak up if you're in stream!

Glazing The Art

I watermark my art and I use Glaze on all my pieces so that I may safely post it to my socials.For reference: your finished commission will be sent to you without Glazing, unless requested otherwise. Glazing is seemingly unnoticeable at a glace. If you want to learn more about Glazing, please read here.If you need a watermark removed (i.e. for merch designs), please let me know in advance. You may not remove the watermarks or use my artwork in any form of minting/NFT/AI, as stated in the terms and agreements at the bottom of this page.

What I Do & Don't Draw

These lists are subject to change over time as I deem necessary.

I will draw:

  • Cute things!

  • Furries/Anthro

  • Chibis

  • Sonic OCs

  • Animals/pets

  • Humans with relatively simple-ish designs (you can always DM me a reference for discussion!)

  • Headshots/icons/PFPs

  • PNGTubers

  • VTuber/stream assets (if simple enough)

  • Merch designs! Let me design your merch!!

  • Scrunkly/Goobers/Silly Little Guys

  • Sketches

  • Tattoo designs (DM me to discuss this)

  • Character reference sheets

  • Character outfit designs

  • I will draw SFW pinup/boudoir/lingerie, as long as it's tasteful. You can always ask me for a quote on this (please note that these commissions are limited to human/furry characters only.)

I do not specialize in the following:

  • Mech/cars/machines

  • MMO/RPG characters (sorry but y'all are way too detailed)

  • Complex armor

  • Heavily detailed backgrounds (I'm practicing though!)

  • Photo-realism/photo-realistic portraits

  • Any form of realism/hyper-realistic details

  • VTuber models & rigging (I do not have the software to do this, otherwise I would lol)

I refuse any commissions that contain gross, explicit, hateful and NSFW material. This can include, but is not limited to:

  • general NSFW and anything relating to kinks

  • loli/shota/underage art

  • age play

  • incest

  • vore

  • gore

  • vomit

  • scat/bathroom play

  • bestiality/zoo

  • inflation

  • gun play

  • animal cruelty

  • anything involving harming children

  • drugging/rape

  • ableism

  • hate speech & hate symbols

  • homophobia/transphobia

  • cultural appropriation

  • Anti-Semitism

  • proship art and/or problematic shipping

  • ship art that pairs real people with individuals they don't know

Intellectual Property Rights

SLEEBYRAT (ARTIST)

I, the artist, retain all rights and authorship to my artwork.I retain the right to post commissioned work on my social media platforms and portfolios. If you do not want your commissions to not be shown anywhere, or want me to wait before posting, please notify me.

CLIENT (YOU, THE COMMISSIONER)

You, as the client:

  • Can not claim my artwork as your own or anyone else's.

  • Can not remove the watermark, if the piece you have commissioned came with a watermark. If you would like a copy of your work without the watermark, please DM me to discuss this.

  • You must credit the artwork back to one of my social media platforms (preferably my website, but Ko-fi, Twitch and Cara also work).

  • You may not sell/resell/publish my artwork without mutual consent from both parties.

  • You may not edit, trace, recolor, redistribute or otherwise change the art that I have been paid to make for you.

  • Under any circumstances whatsoever, you may NOT use my art (commissions or otherwise) for AI. I prohibit my art to be minted or sold through crypto currency (NFT).

  • If we're planning to transfer ownership, you must contact me first. You may use the finished commission for the following intended purposes: personal use or to display on social media accounts for promotional purposes that don't directly monetize the client (profile pictures, banners) and streaming purposes.
